About the Company
Medi-Lab, Inc. is a regional biomedical reference
laboratory certified by both HCFA and CAP. We offer
phlebotomy and courier service in addition to a full
menu of laboratory tests. Medi-Lab, Inc. is owned
and operated by Paul D. and Susan Y. Shin. Paul and
Susan have lived in Lima, Ohio for over forty years
and both are graduates of Ohio Northern University
in Ada, Ohio.
They opened Medi-Lab, Inc. in 1976
and have been serving Lima and the surrounding
counties for thirty years. Medi-Lab, Inc has always
been committed to quality and service to our
patients, physicians, nursing homes and industrial
clients. The laboratory has continued to grow and
now employs over 65 people including licensed
medical technologists, couriers, certified
phlebotomists and experienced billing specialists.
